According to the invention, the process consists in the following succession of operation: from rolled round steel with the diameter D1 = 90 mm there is cut a bar (a) with the length L=460 ± 0.8 mm in the chuck for a parallel lathe and a centring hole (b) is drilled in point (O) on the axis (OO), there is carried out a turning of a diameter Dx c and there are machined the holes (d and e) with the axes parallel and spaced apart at a distance (f) from one another in points (O) and (O), the centring hole (d) is enlarged to the dimension PHI = 18 x 45 and there is threaded to M 20 x 1.5, there is carried out a tapered turning of length (g), the part is moved to a parallel lathe with central hole (b) in (O) in the cone of the point specially fixed in the boring of the lathe chuck and with the central hole (e) in (O) in the point of the spindle of the movable poppet, thereafter the part is tightened and by turning there is generated a cylindrical surface (A) and the frusto-conical surfaces (B, C and D), followed by milling the diametrically opposed channels on the surface of Morse cone 6 (E) and milling the recess (h) for securing the tappet, the part is then moved onto an external cylindrical grinder and the surface (E) is ground and finally the part is moved onto the table of a vertical cutter and the surface (F) is machined.
