The embodiments of the present invention disclose an apparatus for improving transmission bandwidth, which includes: a signal transmission line, side grounds located at two sides of the signal transmission line, and capacitors arranged between the signal transmission line and the side grounds. The signal transmission line is a microstrip line, and the signal transmission line and the side grounds form a mode of a coplanar waveguide transmission line together. On transmission channels connected by wire bonding, capacitors are arranged between the signal transmission line and the side grounds, one LC resonance circuit is composed by utilizing the inductance characteristic presented by the wire bonding itself and the capacitor connected with the wire bonding in parallel, one resonance point is formed within a frequency band in the frequency domain, so that the rising trend of a return loss curve is forced to slow down, then the frequency bandwidth is expanded, and the transmission channel bandwidth of RF signals is expanded.
