摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polypyrrole/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) nano tube composite membrane having magnetism and an application as heavy metal filter are provided to gain excellent performance than existing material and reversible result having reproducibility when manufacturing heavy metal filter, and to collect easily with magnet. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of polypyrrole/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) nano tube composite membrane having magnetism includes the steps of: forming the polyvinyl alcohol nano fiber through the electrospinning of the solution of polyvinyl alcohol; introducing the metallic ion to the polyvinyl alcohol nano fiber through the dipping process; manufacturing the polypyrrole / poly nano tube composite membrane in the polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber in which the metallic ion is introduced through the vapor deposition polymerization mediated electrospinning of the conductive polymer monomer; manufacturing the polypyrrole / poly nano tube composite membrane having the magnetism in the polypyrrole / poly nano tube through the NaOH dipping process; and offering performance as the heavy metal filter by using the polypyrrole / poly nano tube composite membrane having magnetism.
