PURPOSE: A device for holding a satellite loading body is provided to enhance the adjustability of a worker by compensating the weight of a loading body to raise the efficiency and stability of mounting work of the satellite loading body. CONSTITUTION: A device for holding a satellite loading body comprises a horizontal frame(10), a vertical frame(20), a connecting unit(30), a first adjusting unit(40), a second adjusting unit(50) and a handle unit(60). The satellite loading body is installed on one side of the horizontal frame. The vertical frame is connected to the horizontal frame and can be lifted using a crane. The connecting unit is installed on the upper end of the vertical frame and is connected to the crane. The first adjusting unit connects the horizontal frame to the vertical frame and slopes at a predetermined angle. The second adjusting unit is installed on one side of the horizontal frame and thus the loading body is installed to be able to move up and down and to the left and right.
