PURPOSE: A composition capable of improving the ginsenoside compound K is provided to dissolve the ginsenoside compound K in health supplementary food using ethyl alcohol or glycerin. CONSTITUTION: A composition capable of improving the ginsenoside compound K comprises 0.01~60wt% of ethyl alcohol, 0.01~10wt% of methyl alcohol, 0.01~0.1wt% of isopropyl alcohol, 0.01~50wt% of glycerin, 0.01~10wt% of glycerin fatty acid ester, 0.01~10wt% of alginic acid, and 0.01~40wt% of propylene glycol. 100parts of composition by weight is mixed with 0.001~1part of ginsenoside compound K.
