PURPOSE: A chair equipped with a foldable armrest is provided to enable a user to selectively use an armrest by changing the position of the armrest and fixing the armrest. CONSTITUTION: A chair equipped with a foldable armrest comprises: a seat plate(10) supporting the buttocks of a seat occupant; and an armrest(20) which is arranged in the left and right of the seat plate and supports both arms of the seat occupant. The armrest includes a hanging part extended in the horizontal direction and a joint in which ends thereof are combined with the left and right of the seat plate.
