PURPOSE: A driving control apparatus, photographing device, and driving control method are provided to reduce problems when the rotation angle of each micro step of a stepping motor is changed according to a step phase. CONSTITUTION: A camera micro computer(118) sets a current step phase by variable n. n is a natural number. A camera micro computer determines whether a current mode is 1. A compensation value reduces a change of a movement amount of a focus lens during a wobbling operation from each step phase. The camera microcomputer drives a stepping motor. |
