PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a charge sum including an appropriate charge for use of content corresponding to print setting applied in the image forming apparatus without increasing load of a server device.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 7 includes: a data transmitter/receiver part 41 that acquires content data and content charging information corresponding to the content data from the server device; a print setting part 44 that performs the print setting in printing output based on the content data; a charging processing part 43 that refers to the content charging information based on the print setting, thereby calculating the charge for use of the content associated with the printing output in which the printing setting is reflected and determining the charge sum; a data processing part 46 that performs processing to the content data to change it into data in which the print setting is reflected; and a printing output part 28 that performs the printing output based on the converted data.
