<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric mixed mounting substrate easy to take a measure to meet design change, high in versatility and high in transmission efficiency of signals, and to provide a method of manufacturing the photoelectric mixed mounting substrate for efficiently manufacturing the photoelectric mixed mounting substrate, and electronic equipment with the photoelectric mixed mounting substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric mixed mounting substrate 1 has an electric wiring substrate 2 for bearing transmission of electric signals, and an optical wiring substrate (optical link) 3 for bearing transmission of optical signals. The electric wiring substrate 2 has a base substrate 21, pieces of electric wiring 22 formed on the base substrate 21, each connector 231, 232 put on both ends of the base substrate 21, and an optical wiring substrate mounting part 24 for mounting the optical wiring substrate 3. The optical wiring substrate 3 has an optical waveguide 31, a first photoelectric conversion part 321 put on one end of the optical waveguide 31, and a second photoelectric conversion part 322 put on the other end. The optical wiring substrate 3 is mounted on the optical wiring substrate mounting part 24, and electrically and mechanically connected to the pieces of the wiring 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
