<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up processing and prevent increase of device scale, by preventing execution of expansion decoding processing unnecessary for subjecting a moving image at a point of view desired by a user for expanding decoding. <P>SOLUTION: An expansion decoding device is used for performing expansion decoding by referring to a moving image imaged by a camera at another point of view, when subjecting a moving image imaged by a camera at a specific point of view to expansion decoding. The expansion decoding device includes an expansion decoding means for executing expansion decoding, based on the moving image imaged by the camera at the specific point of view to be subjected to the expansion decoding, when the moving image imaged by the camera at the specific point of view to be subjected to the expansion encoding is subjected to compression encoding, without executing motion prediction to the moving image imaged by the camera at the other-point in compression encoding, based on the information showing whether the motion prediction using the moving image imaged by the other camera is executed in relation the moving images imaged by the cameras at the respective point of view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
