PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing a load on a server device by properly making a prereading amount of a client device. SOLUTION: The client device prereading a service provided by the server device calculates a range to preread the service based on an expectation of cost occurring when prereading the service from the server device, an expectation of cost occurring to obtain the service later when not prereading the service, and an expectation of cost occurring to reobtain another service later when erasing the other service different from the service from a storage part when prereading the service.
