PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency and optical performance even if imaging lenses are stacked. SOLUTION: A camera module has the imaging lenses 11 and 12 in which resin layers 15a and 15b, and 19a and 19b are formed on respective faces of each of glass lens substrates 14 and 18, lens sections 16 and 17, and 21 and 22 are formed on respective faces of each of the glass lens substrates 14 and 18, and furthermore, spacers 23 and 24 are formed on one face of the glass lens substrates 14 and 18, and an imaging substrate 13 on which an imaging element 13a is formed. Between the imaging lenses 11 and 12, a spacer 23 of one imaging lens 11 is abutted to a circumference of the lens section 21 of the other imaging lens 12, the imaging lenses 11 and 12 are stacked in a state that optical axes are matched, and between the imaging lenses 11 and 12 and the imaging substrate 13, the spacer 24 of the imaging lens 12 is abutted to the imaging substrate 13, and the lens sections 16, 17, 21 and 22 and the imaging element 13a are stacked in a state that the optical axes are matched.
