PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottled drink cooling device capable of quickly cooling a bottled drink to further low temperature. SOLUTION: A canned beer cooling device 100 includes a cooling section 110 and a rotary drive section 120. The cooling section 110 is attachable to and detachable from the rotary drive section 120. The cooling section 110 includes a plurality of cooling members 111, a rotary body 112, and a holding band 113. Each of the cooling members 111 receives cooling liquid (congealed liquid) inside thereof, and the cooling member 111 is kept into contact with a side face of the canned beer 101 in a state that the cooling liquid inside is coagulated, to cool the canned beer 101. The rotary drive section 120 rotates the cooling section 110, and the canned beer 101 held by the cooling section 110 is rotated with the cooling section 110 by rotating the cooling section 110.
