PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a system developer to define a query in a system where the load dispersion of stream data processing is performed without considering an amount of stream data and a system configuration. SOLUTION: A stream data processing unit creates a plurality of partition data on the basis of stream data, and distributes the partition data to a plurality of computers. Specifically, the stream data processing unit acquires a group of data elements configured in the number of data elements based on the processing capability of the partition data destination computer from the stream data, and decides an auxiliary data part of the data element group based on a prescribed value. The stream data processing unit generates partition data including the acquired data element group and END data.
