PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pail can for liquid medicines of a one-way type, capable of being manufactured at a low price. SOLUTION: The pail can 10 for the liquid medicines is provided with an inside container 1 made of medicine-proof synthetic resin formed tabularly and an outside container 2 made of metal composing an outer shell for the inside container 1, and of which the inside container 1 has a mouth part 11 which can open to inject the liquid medicines, and of which the outside container 2 has a top plate of which the mouth part 11 has a projecting bore 2a, a bulge body which surrounds the outer circumference in the inside container 1 and a ground plate abutting against a bottom face in the inside container 1, and of which the outside container 2 has rigidity so as to prevent the deformation in the inside container 1 against the internal pressure added to the inside container 1, and of which the inside container 1 has a lid for sealing the pail can 10 for the liquid medicines, a male screw 11a for attaching a dispenser 40 in an attachable and detachable manner on the outer circumference of the mouth part 11, and the dispenser 40 has a ventilating means 42 which can ventilate a compression fluid through the internal in the inside container 1, and a liquid discharging pipe 43 which can discharge the liquid medicines from the internal in the inside container 1.
