Developed with the aim of replacing, in urban centers, the habit of eating fast foods (saturated fat and sugars) by a meal also 'fast' but complete and balanced in terms of nutrients and functional nutrients, combining all the ingredients needed for human health (from cereal, meat, eggs, vegetables, functional foods and dehydrated foods, including fruits). The food is extruded in form of particles (14) and filled in special package (11) containing printed information on the package on (12) the type of food that the consumer wants or needs, and after opening it, whether while driving, working at their desks or even walking, they can remove the particles (14), consume them in the form of a complete meal without any preparation.
