Disclosed is a slider (1, 2, or 3) which comprises a slider body (10 or 70) and a pull (30, 50, 60, or 90). The slider body (10 or 70) includes first and second pillars (16 and 17, or 76 and 77, respectively) for pull attachment, and the pillars hold an attachment shaft portion (33, 53, 63, or 93) of the pull (30, 50, 60, or 90) so as to be rotatable. Moreover, a cover body (20 or 80) that covers at least the first and second pillars (16 and 17, or 76 and 77, respectively) for pull attachment is fixed to an upper wing plate (11 or 71) of the slider body (10 or 70). This leads to a smooth texture of the slider (1, 2, or 3), and at the same time, leads to an improvement in the appearance, resulting in a slide fastener with an excellent quality. When the slider (1, 2, or 3) includes a stop mechanism, the stop mechanism can be protected by the cover body (20 or 80), and can be prevented from breaking down. |
