Disclosed is a light emitting diode element which comprises: a heat dissipating plate (4) that is provided with an LED chip (3) on the upper surface and dissipates the heat generated by the LED chip (3); a reflector plate (7) that reflects the light emitted from the LED chip (3); and a substrate (2) that is provided between the heat dissipating plate (4) and the reflector plate (7). The heat dissipating plate (4) and the reflector plate (7) are integrally formed by being joined at a joining part (12), and the heat dissipating plate (4) and the substrate (2) are joined with each other at a joining part (20). The surface of the heat dissipating plate (4) and the surface of the reflector plate (7) are covered with a conductive pattern (13).
