PURPOSE: A method of controlling the blowing of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to enhance the satisfaction of a passenger since a seat occupied by the passenger is sensed and thus each duct is selectively opened depending on the seat. CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling the blowing of an air conditioner for a vehicle is as follows. If the air conditioner turns on, a seat occupied by a passenger is identified(S20,S30). The duct corresponding to the seat occupied by the passenger is opened(S40). While in a state the duct is open, the air conditioner drives depending on the presence of the seat occupied by the passenger, the open state of the duct is kept(S70).
