POWER GENERATION PLAN MAKING METHOD AND POWER GENERATION PLAN MAKING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make out a specific power generation plan in view of the uncertainty of generated power and the operation cost of power generation facilities other than a power generation facility utilizing recyclable energy when the power generation facility utilizing recyclable energy is linked to a power system.

SOLUTION: A power generation plan making method is provided. According to the method, an error between an estimation of load power (step S1) and an estimation of power generated by power generation utilizing recyclable energy (step S2) is calculated (step S3). Based on this estimated error, a supply power scenario is made (step S4), and a cost preferential power generation plan and a supply/demand balance preferential power generation plan are made (steps S5 and S6). Hence a final power generation plan is output (step S7).
