<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly window display control apparatus that eliminates the need for a user to always grasp the position of a window. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of display windows corresponding to each of a plurality of applications are formed of a plurality of fixed window display frames 9 that are arranged with regularity on one display screen 7a of a display unit 7.
