<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables anyone to align a leading end position of a wire with a fixed position, without producing shreds of the wire. <P>SOLUTION: In a reinforcement binding method for a reinforcement binding machine, a wire feeding means 7 makes a predetermined amount of wire unwound from a wire reel rotatably arranged in a binding machine body 1 via a wire cutting portion 4, in the state of being curled by a curl guide 6; thus, the wire is cut with a rotary cutter 10 in the wire cutting portion 4 after being wound around reinforcements; and the wound wire is partially gripped and twisted to bind the reinforcements together. In initialization, the rotary cutter 10 is cutting-actuated to block a wire passage of the cutting portion; subsequently, the wire is unwound; the wire feeding means 7 is stopped when a leading end of the wire abuts on the rotary cutter 10; and the rotary cutter 10 is returned to an initial position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
