<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell unit cell power source capable of easily controlling optimum power generation of a solar cell with low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell unit cell power source includes: a solar cell part; a step-up power source part for stepping up an output voltage from the solar cell part; and an optimum power generation control part for controlling stepping-up in the step-up power source part, wherein the solar cell part includes a solar cell unit cell and a sensing cell, and the sensing cell is arranged in the vicinity of the solar cell unit cell.
