<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity bill system can providing security such that the total amount of electricity bills which each tenant of a building should pay to an electricity bill collecting and storing business representative trader is not smaller than an electricity bill charging amount from a power company to an electricity bill payment obligor, and comprehensively managing each amount of electricity usage. <P>SOLUTION: In the electricity bill system 0100, a building electricity usage amount measuring instrument 0101 outputs data of the amount of electricity usage of the whole building. A payment amount calculating device 0105 obtains information of each amount of electricity usage from a tenant electricity usage measuring instrument 0102 and a shared part electricity usage amount measuring instrument 0103 through an electricity usage amount storage device 0104, and calculates the electricity bill of each tenant such that the total sum of charging amounts charged to each tenant by the electricity bill collecting and storing business representative trader is not smaller than a charge amount charged to the electricity bill payment obligor from the power company on the basis of information of the amount of electricity usage and a predetermined rule, and the electricity bill of each tenant is output to each tenant device 0106. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
