METHOD OF PRODUCING REDUCED WATER USING EXTRACT OF JAPANESE RADISH AND REDUCING FRESH WATER BY TITRATION WITH THE EXTRACT, AND APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY USING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable low cost, easy and safe production of reduced water in place of an electrolysis method and a contact method of rare ore, such as germanium, by using a raw Japanese radish and a dried Japanese radish as a reducing agent.

SOLUTION: It is checked by a reduction potential measuring device that a reduction potential of a raw liquid obtained by grating the raw Japanese radish and filtering and extracting it is -70±10 mV. Water to be reduced is diluted to from 2,000 to 4,000 times by titration to reduce its oxidation reduction potential to 50±10%.
