<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas measurement cell for reducing a measurement error. <P>SOLUTION: The gas measurement cell includes a main pipe opened at both ends and coupled to a flow path for flowing an exhaust gas at both ends, an inlet pipe coupled to the main pipe and formed with a window for transmitting a light at the end opposite to the side coupled to the main pipe, an outlet pipe coupled to the main pipe, and formed with a window for transmitting a light at the end opposite to the side coupled to the main pipe, and a first purge gas supply pipe coupled to the inlet pipe. The inlet pipe has an opening area at the end on the side coupled to the main pipe larger than an opening area at the end of the window so as to overcome the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
