<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blue light-emitting device that has a non-resonance structure including a blue light-emitting layer between a reflective electrode and a transparent electrode, and thus has an excellent process margin, and an organic light-emitting display including the blue light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The blue light-emitting device includes the transparent electrode, the reflective electrode opposed to the transparent electrode, and an intermediate layer interposed between the transparent electrode and reflective electrode and including the blue light emitting layer, and also eliminating light reflected by the reflective electrode by adjusting the distance between the reflective electrode and a light emitting zone of the blue light emitting layer. Consequently, the blue light-emitting device has the non-resonance structure including the blue light-emitting layer between the reflective electrode and transparent electrode, and thus has the excellent process margin, an excellent luminance characteristic even in a wide optical viewing angle, and a high color reproduction satisfying an sRGB blue standard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
