PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute electronic coupons to a plurality of users without increasing the load of processing to designate location information to which electronic coupons are distributed.

SOLUTION: This electronic coupon distribution system is communicatively connected to a user terminal 10, and provided with: an arrangement coupon storage part 107 for distributing an electronic coupon between users, and for storing the electronic coupon, identification information and location information in association; a location reception part 105 for receiving the current location information of the user terminal; a coupon arrangement part 109 for storing the current location information as location information and the electronic coupon in association in the arrangement coupon storage part 107; a display control part 111 for making the user terminal display the electronic coupon arranged with the current location information as a reference based on a browsing request from the user terminal; and a coupon distribution part 113 for distributing the electronic coupon to the user of the user terminal based on an acquisition request.
