<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teller system that smoothly handles a cash trouble when a cash processor is provided on the side of a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The teller system comprises: a teller terminal provided on the teller side; a cash processor provided on the customer side to be controlled on the basis of an operation of the teller terminal by a teller; an imaging means for imaging a status of the customer; and a storage device.
