<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a headlamp smaller than a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The headlamp 1 includes a semiconductor laser 3 to emit laser beams, a light emitting part 7 which receives laser beams emitted from the semiconductor laser 3 and emits light, and a reflecting mirror 8 which reflects light emitted from the light emitting part 7.
