PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet suitably used in manufacturing a rubber sheet, and having appropriate releasability even after crosslinking treatment of the rubber. SOLUTION: The release sheet is used for a manufacturing process of a rubber sheet and/or protection of the rubber sheet. A releasing layer is laminated on at least on side of a base material. The releasing layer is formed of a composition containing an acid-modified polyolefinic resin with an acid-modified component of 1-10 mass%, and 1-50 pts.mass of a crosslinking agent for 100 pts.mass of the acid-modified polyolefinic resin.
