PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of holding a unit, including a microphone and a holding member of the microphone at an appropriate position, and of further improving sealing performance. SOLUTION: A microphone device includes a cover member 101, a holding member 102, microphone elements 103 and a plate 106. The cover member 101 includes slope portions 109a on a frame-shaped portion 109. The holding member 102 includes projecting shape portions 110a in flange portions 110. The plate 106 presses the holding member 102 against the cover member 101. The projecting shape portion 110a of the holding member 102 is formed so as to be located on an outer peripheral portion relative to a tip portion of the slope portion 109a of the frame-shaped portion 109. That is, a contact portion between the cover member 101 and the holding member 102 is structured to be set, at a position close to a microphone element holding portion of the holding member 102, relative to the contact portion between the holding member 102 and the plate 106.
