PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural implement simply and rapidly carrying out state changeover of three or more reserve seedling-loading trays and improving workability of state changeover operation of three or more reserve seedling-loading trays. SOLUTION: The agricultural implement has a link mechanism 60 by constructing a parallel link system with a first, a second, and a third connection links 61, 62, and 63, and reserve seedling-loading trays 20 are set by the mechanism 60 as capable of changeover states in which the reserve seedling-loading trays 20 are overlapped into a vertically multi-staged state and are duplicated in plane view, and a developed state in which the reserve seedling-loading trays 20 are developed almost in a straight line in back and forth direction.
