PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component which is manufactured at a low cost and has a high optical function. SOLUTION: The optical component 1 includes a first light-transmitting member 11, a second light-transmitting member 12 and an optical function film 13. The optical function film 13 is provided between the first light-transmitting member 11 and the second light-transmitting member 12. The optical function film 13 includes a first multilayer film 13a, a second multilayer film 13b and an adhesive layer 13c. The first multilayer film 13a is formed on the first light-transmitting member 11. The second multilayer film 13b is formed on the second light-transmitting member 12.
