PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exercise a self-cleaning function by a photocatalyst on the surface of an exterior wall evenly while reducing a construction period. SOLUTION: A construction method of an exterior wall panel includes: a process for forming a primary material of the panel, in which an external facing material 4 having a finish coating film 7 formed on the outer surface 4o beforehand is fixed to a frame 3 with a fastener 14, so as to form the primary material 8 of the panel having concavities 6 with the head surface 14h of the fastener 14 dented deeper than the outer surface 4o at the predetermined distance; a process for mending the concavity in which the exterior wall panel 1 is finished by filling the concavity 6 of the primary material 8 of the panel with a filler 16 and by applying an auxiliary coating film 17 composed of the coating material nearly the same as the finish coating film 7 on the surface 16s of the filler 16; a curing process in which the filler 16 and the auxiliary coating film 17 are completely hardened; a mounting process in which the exterior wall panel 1 is mounted on the outer peripheral surface Bo of a building B; and a photocatalyst-coating process in which a photocatalyst-coating film 18 is applied on the outer surface 1o of the mounted exterior wall panel 1. The process for forming the primary material of the panel and the process for mending the concavity are performed in a factory, and at least a part of the curing process is performed in a transportation process of conveyance from the factory to the construction site of the building B.
