PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that incorporation of pullulan having a triorganosilyl group can prepare a cosmetic remarkably excellent in water resistance/oil resistance but the cosmetic coated film is strong and is lacking in flexibility and cracks and peeling by expansion and contraction due to the hardness of the coated film have been seen. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic uses both pullulan having a triorganosilyl group and an acylated polysaccharide. By jointly using the acylated polysaccharide which forms a flexible cosmetic coated film, the coated film can maintain excellent water resistance/oil resistance and has both flexibility and durability against expansion and contraction.
