<p>Disclosed is a power grid control system that uses electric vehicles, which is provided with: a charging/discharging spot that is connected to a power grid system, charges a storage battery of an electric vehicle connected thereto, and discharges power stored in the storage battery to the power grid system; a data center that collects and stores information about the current positions of electric vehicles existing within an area that is under the control thereof, and information about the charged states of the storage batteries of the electric vehicles; and a power aggregator that makes a ranking of the degree of necessity to charge/discharge the storage batteries of the electric vehicles, on the basis of position information and charged state information about the storage batteries that were stored, and position information about the charging/discharging spots, and creates a ranking list that indicates that ranking. The power aggregator distributes information for guiding the electric vehicles to charge or discharge at specified charging/discharging spots, in accordance with the ranking list. This will allow moving electric vehicles to be guided to charging/discharging spots, enabling a more reliable way of securing power to be charged to or discharged from the power grid system side.</p> |
