METHOD OF LIQUID FUEL COMBUSTION AND DEVICE THEREFOR

The invention relates to power engineering and can be used in industry, road combustion building and thermal plants for improving quality of fuel oil combustion using a flame length in thermal engineering devices such as a boiler flue or a bitumen heater. The present invention is aimed at increasing flame length and quality combustion due to improving quality of aerofluel mixture air preheating and supply thereof to the jet root, improving stabilization and increase the fuel flame length with simplification of a burner design. The inventive problem is solved by supplying air flow along the periphery of the liquid fuel flow and formed aerofuel flame jet is fed to a heated inner surface of a cylindrical sidewall, wherein the supply of recirculation gases are provided around the flame jet in a reverse direction. There are some other differences from the prototype. Such embodiment the device and method of liquid fuel combustion provide to simplify considerably the design thereof, improve its reliability and guarantee qualitative control of fuel combustion at different operation modes and capacity. The most positive effect is reached at mixtures combustion at high capacity since not all fuel burners can provide qualitive combustion due to active cooling by big flows of fresh fuel.
