The invention relates to a demonstrative teaching device, carried out on the principle of a stepper motor, which comprises a support (1) on which, by means of some spacers (2) there are mounted two electro-insulated plates (3,4) on whose inner faces there are placed two conducting armatures (5, 5'), in the gap (δ) between the armatures (5, 5') there being placed a rotor, comprising two electrets (8, 9) mounted on an axle (10) in diametrically opposed positions by means of some electroinsulating washers (11, 11'), the rotor will be attracted between the statoric armatures so that upon electrets approach, they are attracted into the gap (δ) between the statoric armatures (5, 5') and when the electrets protrude completely the gaps between the armatures, they are rejected, the cycle being resumed at each approach, which leads to the continuous rotation of the rotor assembly.
