摘要 <p>Disclosed are a control parameter adjustment method and adjustment device for automatically adjusting control parameters to appropriate values in response to aging-change of a movement mechanism. For this purpose are executed first processing (step S1) for notification of an adjustment-use NC program to a numeric control device and registration thereof; second processing (step S2) wherein the numeric control device executes the adjustment-use NC program and outputs an adjustment-use position instruction; third processing (steps S3 to S6) for obtaining a maximum error margin, which is the maximum value of a difference between the position instruction and the actual position of a mobile body; and fourth processing (steps S7 to S9) for assessing whether or not the maximum error margin is less than or equal to a tolerance, and if the maximum error margin has been assessed to be greater than the tolerance, modifying the acceleration/deceleration time-constant to a large value, and outputting the acceleration/deceleration time-constant after modification to the numeric control device. In addition, in the fourth processing, until an assessment is made that the maximum error margin is less than or equal to the tolerance, the second to fourth processing (steps S2 to S9) are repeated.</p>
