The retaining unit has a holder (28), which is fixed over a holding portion (34) on sides of a structure of motor vehicle (18) and over another holding portion (36) on sides of the attachment (10,12). The holder has a partial failure place (38) between the structure-lateral holding portion and the attachment-lateral holding portion, by which two holding portions are movable to each other with a force admission caused by an accident of the retaining unit.
