The hearing aid has a housing (10) arranged in a printed circuit board (11) and carrying electrical components and a surface contact element (12). An electrical switching device switches the hearing aid in two different electrical conditions. An actuating element (13) i.e. sliding element, is mounted on the housing and manually movable from one position to another position. The contact element contacts and non-contacts the actuating element in the positions, respectively. The actuating element includes a plastic part, and a metal spring (19) is attached at the part.
