PURPOSE: A method for preparing UV curable vehicles for ink is provided to ensure polymerization reaction of a binder compound by ultraviolet irradiation, and to appropriately wipe low concentration NaOH in a wiping solution. CONSTITUTION: An intaglio ink composition comprises: oligomers selected from water-soluble urethane acrylate oligomers or unsaturated ester oligomers; at least one kind of water-soluble monomers selected from 1,6-hexanediacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, trimethylopropane triacrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate, pentaetriol tetraacrylate, dipentaerythriol pentaacrylate, and polyethylene glycol diacrylate; pigment; filler; photoinitiator; photostabilizer; emulsifier; and wax.
