PURPOSE: A semiconductor circuit apparatus is provided to improve area efficiency by sharing one controller. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor circuit apparatus, a rank controller is shared by first and second rank. The rank controller offers the column system command and address to a corresponding rank. The rank controller comprises a command receiving unit, a column command controller, and an address controller. The command receiving unit receives a column command and supplies an enable signal at corresponding rank. . Column command controllers(310,320) supply a first and second rank column command signal. The column command controllers supplies a read integration information signal and a write integration information signal. An address controller delays an address and supplies delayed address to a corresponding rank.
