PURPOSE: A method for disposal of food waste using a mixture strain is provided to ensure high decomposition of cellulose, amylase, protein, and fat. CONSTITUTION: A mixture strain for disposal of food waste is Brevibacillus borstelensis, Bacillus licheniformis, and Kazachstania telluris and is deposited by deposit number KCTC 11585BP. The disposal of food waste is performed at 30-60°C. The mixture strain is stored by freeze-drying using a cryoprotective agent. The cryoproectie agent is glycerol, skim milk, and honey.
