<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrene-methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate resin which is excellent in heat resistance, appearance and mechanical strength as well as moldability; and to provide a non-foamable and foamable extruded sheet and a molded article which are formed using the styrene-methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate resin. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: the styrene-methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate resin, in which, assumed that the total content of a styrene monomer unit, a methacrylic acid monomer unit and a methyl methacrylate monomer unit is 100 mass%, the content of the styrene monomer unit is 69-92 mass%, the content of the methacrylic acid monomer unit is 6-16 mass%, and the content of the methyl methacrylate monomer unit is 2-15 mass%, the total of amounts of remaining dimer and trimer of the styrene is 0.6 mass% or less, and the amount of the remaining monomeric styrene is 700 ppm or less; and the extruded sheet and the molded article, which are formed using it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
