PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for searching and identifying a region corresponding to a lesion in three-dimensional image data from another tomographic image.

SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a three-dimensional image data acquisition means for acquiring three-dimensional image data; a position acquisition means for acquiring the position of a region of interest in the three-dimensional image data; a tomographic image acquisition means for acquiring a tomographic image; an attitude acquisition means for acquiring the attitude of the tomographic image; a cross-sectional image acquisition means for generating a cross-sectional image from the three-dimensional image data on the basis of the position and the attitude; and a display means for displaying the tomographic image and the cross-sectional image in conjunction with each other.
