<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the activation time of a data recording device while maintaining the reliability of data, and to secure the matching of recording data between the data recording device and a system using this. <P>SOLUTION: When a recording area configured of a nonvolatile memory in which data are rewritten has not been accessed for longer time than a prescribed time, the recoding area is scanned during a period until the access is performed again, and when there exists an area in which it is necessary to perform refresh processing, area specification information specifying the area is stored, and the refresh processing of the corresponding area is performed by referring to the area specification information each time power is supplied, and it is shifted to a normal operation state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
