<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine for effectively preventing infection of a highly-pathogenic avian influenza virus, that is hardly affected by viral mutation. <P>SOLUTION: The avian influenza virus vaccine includes a liposome the surface of which is linked with a peptide. The peptide is (1) an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1 or 2, or (2) a peptide that contains an amino acid sequence with one or two amino acids substituted in the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1 or 2, and has a length of 9-11 amino acids, and can induce a cytotoxic T lymphocyte restrained by HLA. The liposome contains phospholipid having a 14-24C acyl group with one unsaturated bond or a 14-24C hydrocarbon group with one unsaturated bond, and a liposome stabilizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
