摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector unit used when installing at the lower part of a vehicle body floor while raising a battery, of which the connector member is made to be aligned in center before mutual engagement. SOLUTION: The battery is raised under the guidance by guiding devices 21 as shown in (a) and during this rise, a screw type lock mechanism 22 makes positioning in horizontal direction of the battery through an engagement of a lock nut with a rectangular hole of a lock plate 27 at a position shown in (b), and as shown in (c), the battery side connector member 42 of the connector unit 23 is aligned in center precisely with a vehicle body side connector member 41. After such alignment of center, the battery side connector member 42 is engaged with the vehicle body side connector member 41 accompanying further rise of the battery and electric connection of the battery and a vehicle body side electric system by the connector unit 23 is completed. Incidentally, before engagement of the connector member 42 with the connector member 41, center alignment of these connector members 41, 42 is completed, thereby, horizontal load to the connector unit 23 is not acted.
